Design Lecture Series

An editorial advertising campaign for the “Design Culture Now” lecture series at the Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum.

Brief

This project was created for a 10-week Digital Page Layout course, designed to advertise the “Design Culture Now” lecture series at the Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum. The series spans four months and showcases the expertise of four leading designers.

I selected a palette that pairs an educational green with a vibrant pink as I wanted to make a statement about the intersection of learning and the avant-garde in design. The green captures the essence of growth and the educational purpose of the lecture series, while the pink infuses the composition with energy and contemporary flair.

By using a grid and working with columns, each piece of information is given its due space and prominence. This approach to layout allowed me to prioritize the flow of information, establishing a clear visual hierarchy.
